Most Nivam bars are formulated to be gentle. The Oat & Honey Calm Bar is designed for dry and sensitive skin and is fragrance-free — a good place to start if your skin reacts easily. With proper care (a well-drained soap dish, not left in standing water), a Nivam bar lasts 4–6 weeks with daily use. Letting the bar dry between uses significantly extends its life.

Every Nivam product is made to order — we do not keep pre-made stock. After you place an order, we make it fresh, cure it where needed, package it, and dispatch. This takes 5–7 business days. It's longer than an Amazon delivery, but it means you receive a product made specifically for you — not one that's been sitting in a warehouse for months.

Yes. Complimentary delivery is available on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 attract a nominal shipping charge of ₹60.

Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote locations.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order using the link in your order confirmation email.

Since each product is made fresh to order, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
